The preparation suggested by Mision Rahma, as part of our individual and collective growth, is mainly seeking to strengthen our will and to maintain the communication bridge established with the extraterrestrial guides and with the intraterrestrial teachers. RAHMA is a bridge and also is communication, not only with more advanced civilizations from the stars, but within us and among us.

Throughout these years, we've understood that, only with knowledge and awareness, we'll be able to travel, in a balanced way, along the paths forged by the contact experience. For this reason, the methodology used in RAHMA, is an attempt to develop the human person in an integral manner, by utilizing group dynamics and also self observation.

The Preparation's Goal

The objective of this preparation is to focus the person's attention towards the Inner Universe that exists within each human being. This is to be done in a fundamental, yet gradual manner and, by doing it, the individual is able to discover the unlimited potentialities we all posses, as though they were asleep and waiting to wake up.

Although it's true that in Mision Rahma we count with a permanent orientation from the extraterrestrial guides, it's also true that we walk the path of evolution by ourselves, and that our main test is to remain constant and behaving congruently with our undertakings.

We should point out that the preparation is not limited just to group gatherings, but that it comprises a daily attitude to change. Let us, therefore, take that step towards our inner world and may this preparation program be just a pretext to find ourselves once again.

The Preparation Program

There is an excellent book that is permanently consulted in Mision Rahma. It is called Evolución: Camino al Infinito (Evolution: Path to the Infinite) and was dictated by the masters, under the guidance of the extraterrestrial guides. A plan of evolution is mentioned in this compilation of teachings and messages received by the mission's core group and, as part of a valuable preparation program that points toward the infinite. This preparation occurs in the three main planes of existence, which are, the physical, the mental and, the spiritual, and it unfolds as follows:

Physical Evolution:
A. Purification through fasting and abstinence.
B. Renewal by deep breathing and by natural energetic eating.
C. Preserving health with a natural lifestyle and exercise.

Mental Evolution:
A. Mental alchemy through discernment and polarization.
B. Understanding and unfolding knowledge.
C. Activating and wisely using our faculties and perceptions.

Spiritual Evolution:
A. Achieving harmony of body, mind and spirit.
B. Knowledge of oneself (self analysis).
C. Inner transformation through spiritual alchemy.
