A statement from the men of Q'ueros, Peru Many researchers today, consider Paititi as the archaeological enigma of South America. Nevertheless, it hasn't been found and, for many of them, it continues just to be a legend that is difficult to prove. In spite of this, people insist that, in the south eastern jungle of Peru, within the Department of Madre de Dios, there is a city made with stone, containing ample gardens and gold statues. Recent documents, found in the Jesuit Library in Rome by anthropologist Mario Polia, seem to lend some credibility to the idea that such a place once existed above ground, although not necessarily in the area where many expeditions have attempted to find it. What is also of interest, is that there are other legends that claim that the hidden city would still be active and, even, that it would be the place where the last Inca continues to live, waiting for moment to return to the "outer world", to restore the order that was broken in the past. Are we dealing with an external, archaeological Paititi and also with a mystical, underground Paititi? Evidence From a Strong Historical Legend Paititi was, and still is, the object of many scientific and private expeditions. In most cases, the latter ones are organized to find some of the lost gold from the Inca Empire. This gold would have been hidden before the arrival of the Spaniards, but today we know that the real treasure hidden in Paititi is none other than knowledge concerning the true history of humanity. The legend of Paititi has endured in the minds of many. Already in the XVII Century, news of a fantastic and mysterious city that sheltered many of the great Inca treasures, spread like wildfire. What has contributed the most to the idea that Paititi actually exists, are the petrogliphs found in Pusharo. These strange markings were, apparently, discovered in 1921 by the dominican missionary Vicente de Cenitagoya. He found them on a strange boulder that rests on the shores of the Sinkibenia River, which is considered sacred by the Machiguenga indians. Later, the petrogliphs were seen by numerous explorers, and, in 1970, the anthropologist-priest Torrealba, photographed and studied the mysterious markings. Many researchers conclude that these petrogliphs weren't made by the Inca or the Machiguenga. Therefore, who made them?
Regarding this unusual plateau, numerous expeditions have been declared lost and magnetic-electric perturbations in flight control instruments have been experienced. Also, the appearance of unexpected lights and extraordinary sounds, that seem to come from the ground, have been reported. What's, perhaps, even more intriguing, are the matter-of-fact claims of the Machiguenga indians, who state that, beyond a ravine called Mainiqui, there is a very ancient civilization that "knows everything."
*Translator's note: Since this article was written, expeditions to these alleged "Pyramids of Paratoari," seem to have shown that they are natural formations, or at most, artificially "enhanced" natural formations. Yet, with the colaboration of Machiguenga informers, news about the existence of other genuine pyramids in the area, has been obtained. The Solemn Roles of the Masters The Estekna-Mahneses (or ancient record keepers from Atlantis), were able to gather some of the ingenious artifacts that could survived the destruction of Atlantis. According to Alcir, a teacher from Paititi, these machines can achieve many things that, today, we would call "miracles." If this technology were utilized wisely, it would be of great benefit in medicine, since some of these artifacts are able to selectively eliminate cells that are undergoing degenerative processes. Also, there are advanced systems that help to eliminate toxins that are derived from the eating process or from harmful radiations. On the other hand, a certain group of these devices, allows to take advantage of Earth based "teluric energy", to store it and to transform it into a source of power. There also exist other machines designed to channel the energy coming from space. These machines resemble huge mirrors and are also used to radiate energy. The subterranean spaces of the Great White Brotherhood, don't just keep advanced artifacts. They also serve to protect greater and more powerful things. In fact, the eternal wisdom is the greatest treasure valued by the masters in Paititi.
It is interesting to know that, in spite of possesing the latest technology, these masters live a monastic life, dedicated to prayer and inner work. They are also governed by a very ancient code, which they call "The Decadron", made of a set of ten lofty principles that guide the evolution of the intraterrestrial world. In this underground monastery, there are halls that have been specially designed for meditation purposes. In these halls, a dialogue with the Divine Essence that dwells within physical appearances, takes place. Meditation is, therefore, one of the most sacred activities in this subterranean Paititi. Nevertheless, other activities are also carried on in this inner world, and each member living in this retreat has a specific responsibility. Some are caretakers of the subterranean galleries, others distribute supplies, and a group of priests protects the integrity of the archives and of the machines. There are also those that, among other tasks, find their function, working with the transmission systems. The Physical Appearance
It should also be noticed that, the way we measure time, does not correspond with the "system" these beings are governed by. The average life span in this underground civilization, ranges from 900 to 1100 years. Therefore, even if their appearance may seem otherwise, these teachers or masters are capable of perpetuating themselves for several centuries. Now, in regards to the way they dress, they ussually wear long, beautiful robes, that can be white, blue or gold, according to the type of function they assume. Extraterrestrial Neighbors: The Blue Base The secret city of Paititi doesn't just harbour the previously mentioned surprises. Very close to it, there are installations from another civilization. The Blue Base is a center of operations for extraterrestrial guides and the main responsibility for this center, falls upon Venusians, who, for thousands of years, have been working in close association with the teachers of the inner retreats. The mission that the Blue Base has is varied. For example, we know that many people rescued from different places on Earth are living there. It wouldn't be outrageous to think that many individuals lost in the previously mentioned expeditions could, at some point, have been transferred to this base. We also know quite well that, spacecraft depart from this place towards Venus and Ganymede, and that, they take with them, in a consensual manner, those that were rescued. People that travel to these worlds are prepared to return in some form in the future. Studies of the Manu International Reserve (considered a world asset in natural resources), are also conducted out of the Blue Base. This is done to give to the man of the future, new kinds of natural benefits. In fact, according to what we've been told by the extraterrestrial guides from Venus, the Blue Base posseses the cure for all illnesses that, currently, affect humanity. The Real Treasure of Paititi The message we've brought from expeditions to Paititi
and from the contact experiences we claim to have, tells us to modify
the future and to neutralize all that which could be negative for
humanity. The presence of the Teachers of Paititi, part of
the White Brotherhood of the subterranean world, reminds
us, not only that we are not alone in the Universe, but that, we
aren't alone on Earth. Upon begining the truest contact, which is
that with ourselves, we'll finally be able to consolidate the connection
with the inner world of Paititi, and with the other positive inner
retreats of the planet.

Pusharo
isn't the only evidence of the presence of human work in the thick
jungle of Madre de Dios. Many small ruins and, partially paved paths,
have also been found. Also, what is known as "The Pyramids
of Paratoari"* are proof of a building effort. In December
of 1975, the American sattellite Landsat 2, was able to take some
strange pictures of the mysterious Pantiacolla Plateau and
its mountain range. The enigma began when the sattellite photographed
what seemed to be 10 pairs of "dots" (4 on each side)
that, upon analysis, suggested the presence of enormous truncated
pyramids. 
The
historical archives of Mu and Atlantis, which date
back to times inmemorial, are also kept in the subterranean galleries
of Paititi. In the same fashion, the lost records of the Inca Empire
and, those of other cultures that still remain unknown, are also
kept in this inner world. Furthermore, metallic plates and crystals
that store information extracted from the Akashic Record,
are found next to the previously mentioned archives. The 32 Mentors
of the Light, gave to the Atlantean survivors, these powerful crystals
and, also, the metallic plates, containing secret symbols. Together
with these, the sacred Solar Disc was also given to the survivors.
This disc is the key between dimensions and can, therefore, be used
to read the Akashic Record, which the extraterrestrial guides and
the masters name "The Book of Those With the White Robes".
The
physical appearance of the beings that live in Paititi should not
be a cause for alarm. Their appearance is human, although some may
display a somewhat different look. This is because many of them
are crossbreds between space faring races and races from our world.
This originated the gigantism that is maintained by a certain group
of intraterrestrial beings. The appearance of many others is so
human that they would be able to mingle easily with the general
population of this planet.
