Somewhere in the Cosmos, more than 6,200 years ago, that which is known as "Mission Rahma", got started. This mission began in the seat of the Galactic Council, therefore, in our Milky Way Galaxy. This particular council is in charge of overseeing the development of all galactic civilizations, and it is lead by great masters that have achieved a high level of wisdom. These cosmic masters which are known as "the 24 Elders," determined that help should be given to Earth, the third planet of our solar system, because it was about to end its age cycle, and this was a fact which would lead it to a higher plane of evolution.

Thought was given to the kind of people needed, when the time came to meet and to recognize each other under the same mission, while having been prepared differently. These people would find a new goal, with its own seal called "All Love". They would be chosen in relation to their work and their role within a mission of preparation, for the arrival of a new humanity. These people would have to be ready to experience a series of tests, uncommon for most of Earth's humanity, experiences that could include hardship in their societies. They would have the mission, not just to alert and to warn others, but to become like bridges so that the rest of humanity would be able find itself. Also, beings that would promote the development of these Earth initiates of the white planes, would be sought. They would be the extraterrestrial guides, coordinators of the mental and spiritual maturation of their younger Earth brothers.

The extraterrestrial guide Oxalc sheds light in this situation by saying:

"Like in a game of sounds, RAHMA had a cosmic key or vibration with particular sounds and frecuencies and, all those that participated, would harmonize with it. Since 6,200 years ago, this key was sought for, a key that, among other missions, the Mentor had given atributes to. And this vibration was found, a vibration that would be interpreted as 'the love of those with the white robes.'"

The idea and plan behind RAHMA was to create a community of various kinds of brothers that would be called "the rahmas." They would be the speakers and promoters of the call for change. Then, there would be a second group called "those of Rahma", comprised by all those people called to evolved after listening to the first group.

In Lima, Peru, on January 22nd, 1974, the first telepathic message sent by the extraterrestrial guide, Oxalc, was received. This being said that he came from Ganymede (which they call Morlen), one of the main moons of Jupiter. Although, for obvious reasons, at first there were doubts about the authenticity of the message, when the extraterrestrial spaceships appeared before people from the foreign press in the Desert of Chilca, south of Lima, Peru, these doubts begun to vanish. After being just a handful of young enthusiasts that had had a close encounter experience with extraterrestrials, the group grew as a solid contact movement that developed in more than 35 countries.

The experiences also grew, not only in number, but also in intensity and, from observing the spaceships, they moved to include direct contacts with their crew. After this, it was possible to enter physically inside these craft and, little by little, an understanding developed, regarding how long this contact mission, called "RAHMA" by the extraterrestrials, had been taking shape.

The Reason for Mission Rahma

Every instant in man's known history there have been moments of deep crises at all levels, moments of relative calm, suspended by serious social contradictions, moments of profound spiritual revolutions that bring back the Truth and, moments in which this Truth is covered by thick layers of dogmatism, formal structures and modifications that can turned them into an instrument for social control.

Man doesn't live in the universe just to subsist or to be half a man. He lives in the Universe to BE himself completely, to learn to discover what the infinite is and, also, to use this discovery for his own evolution and for the evolution of the Cosmos. This is because Man is truly made "in the image and likeness of God," is himself eternal and unlimited, and his destiny is to become aware that he is part of God's divine nature.

As part of what little is known regarding Man's history, we do know that his existence has taken place in great stages or cycles of evolution, subdivided into smaller cycles. Some signs or memories are left from previous civilizations. The dissapearance of these civilizations was produced by great catastrophes that took place on a geological and social level. This could be the case of the great Atlantean Civilization, if we come to accept its remaining and largely, hidden history.

From the tell tale signs left, we know that brothers from other civilizations coming from this and other solar systems, participated on Earth in a direct way, but only when it was completely necessary. Also, on many ocassions, they participated in an indirect way with the mission of guiding humanity and of protecting her when she was in danger of self destruction. This is because the evolution of every planet is long and arduous, but also wonderful in its essence.

Now that the signs have been given and Man has the power to destroy himself completely; now that this power, which grows day by day, menaces to be freed, even against the will of his once again proud discoverer; now when hundreds of circumstances combine with each other to destroy humanity, once again the cosmic destiny of Man, dictated by the Love of God has manifested itself. Our brothers from space return, as they did so many times, in order to protect Man, that Man who reflects in his works and in his "aura", the faith, love and positive force of his soul. He is that Man who will have to give begining to the new humanity, the new vital cycle, based this time upon higher foundations, in obedience to the Law of Evolution. These foundations are the ones that these space faring brothers have, the brothers who, for the cause of love, initiate those men that choose themselves to be part of this beautiful, sacred and humane mission.

Our space brothers are not going to do for us that which is our duty. Anyone who feels Mission Rahma as the basis of his life and of his way of living it, must assume the task of awakening the message of Love, Harmony and Peace the "Guides" have given us. They must be ready to surrender their lives for the achievement of the essence of this mission, ready to feel, think and act with the truth, and to share this truth with those that feel sincerely that they need it. At every moment they must be good examples, not holding onto a group or name tag just to be saved, but simply for LOVE.

Who is a Rahma?

Love is the main working instrument of all the rahmas. To love others and ourselves more, to trust more, to be more positive, more mature and less selfish. The rahma person cannot remain inert and only seeking the satisfaction of his selfish desires. He has ceased to be an isolated individual, with a competitive mindset, attached to the material world. He has been chosen because in his interior there is that flame or Light that motivates him to find himself and to live constantly in that search. The rahma person finds himself through contact with his brethren.

The rahmas are part of the Cosmos in a more conscious way because they have been able to identify themselves with the Universal Totality. That is their identification with the mission, because the mission comes from God himself, from that which is eternally harmonious and balanced, from the universal laws in their complete expression and magnitude. This is because Rahma responds to the needs of cosmic life and is itself the response to an imbalance ocurring in a finite part of the Cosmos. What Rahma accomplishes is nothing but the Great Law, the Law of Balance.

The rahmas will reach the eternal within the temporal, the unlimited and infinite, after having been limited and finite. They were, are and will eternally be, the symbol of Man's evolution on Earth. They will be the example of what can be accomplished with balance.

The responsibility of a Rahma is related with those men that will inhabit the Earth in the future and this is inmensely important. The rahmas are the sowers and harversters of the Lord's fruits.
