Alcir, intraterrestrial teacher

In the last few years, many people participating in our mission, have been talking about a metal disc that accompanied various civilizations from the past and, whose meaning and value for humanity, is impossible to describe. Based upon the information given by Ricardo González in his book The Teachers of Paititi, we offer here a brief summary about what has been correctly called, the Solar Disc and the White Brotherhood's sacred emblem.

The Arrival of the Mentors of the Light

After the destruction of Atlantis, an interplanetary peace force arrived to Earth to found what was to be our world's Great White Brotherhood. By doing this, the necessary balance would be achieved for human beings to be able to continue with their evolutionary process.

This 32 extraterrestrial teachers, settled in subterranean galeries, in a secret region of Asia's Gobi Desert and, from there, they oversaw the development of the fifth humanity. Each one of them represented a particular space faring civilization and their deep wisdom and profound love for all life qualified them as the most adequate to procede with the mission of incorporating into our world the seed of the Light.

Once these mentors of the Light had established themselves in their "Halls of Amenti" (intraterrestrial temples that had been prepared by beings coming from Sirius), they built an extraordinary disc of metal, made of a strange alloy of extraterrestrial and Earth based minerals. It was the Solar Disc, a key that opens the doors between dimensions and is capable of "transfering" the entire planet into the Real Time of the Universe. This disc also represented the Central Sun of the Galaxy, an important source of energy that reaches the entire Milky Way Galaxy, bathing her with the transmuting strength of the Violet Light. Needless to say, our Sun's powerful radiation or "Cilial Energy" is also channeled by the powerful disc of the teachers. In the evolved worlds, the power of the stars is utilized as much as possible.

The Solar Disc became the sacred emblem of the White Brotherhood and it is graphically represented by three concentric circles: the three planes, the three universes, the sacred trinity and the Law of the Triangle.

The hierarchy that had come from space knew that, in spite of their accomplishments, they would not be able to remain in their physical bodies indefinitely, and, for this reason, these 32 mentors realized that the "Estekna-Mahnes" that had survived the destruction of Atlantis, were an ideal replacement.

The Estekna-Mahnes carry on the Torch

In Atlantis, an Estekna-Mahnes, or Guardian of Records, was a being required to possess the genetic codes of a space faring race and of a race from Earth. He was a mestizo, a mixed blood, or, in other words, a "Estekna" and was expected to have overcome the hardest challenges in order to be confirmed as a mentor or "Mahnes". Development of psychic faculties and the spiritual path (that is, evolution in the physical, mental and spiritual planes), was the guide post of those Atlanteans that remained steadfast in the ways of the Light. Then, the High Teachers of nature transmitted a power to the new Guardian, for him to be able to protect the archives of his people that were under his custody.

The Estekna Mahneses that were able to escape from the catastrophe, took refuge in the subterranean enclosures that had been prepared with forwarning. In those places, they remained, protecting the records that had been rescued from Atlantis. Along with these, some machines or devices from their extinct civilization were also kept.

Among the statements given by Alcir, was the story of "The Three Heroes", former important Atlantean leaders that had strived to protect the records at all times. They were the ones that suggested moving to subterranean dwellings to be built all over the world. These Three Heroes , also received the sacred Solar Disc and the Records, from the hands of the original 32 mentors. So, when the 32 mentors entrusted them with this "Magnus Opus" or "Great Work", they gave them this Solar Disc that would be placed in a subterranean temple in the vicinity of what is today's Lake Titicaca. This place would be called "Eternal City", or "Wiñaymarca", and known as the ancient city of Huyustus, after the Grand Master of the priests that had been saved from the waters.

The Disc in its Splendor

Eternal City was active for thousands of years. Its wonderful architecture towered from the subterranean galleries to places beyond the frozen andean terrain, displaying colossal walls and fine engraved work on the rocks. This spiritual center, the legendary Wiñaymarca, once splendorous near the sacred lake, was the refuge of a lineage of wisemen, inheritors of an ancient knowledge and of a noble responsibility. Such was this eternal city, whose only legacy are legends and the ciclopean ruins of Tiwanacu.

In spite of this splendour, its pacifist organization made it an easy target to the war oriented civilizations that sprung up in the area and, for this reason, the Teachers protected the Solar Disc by sealing the entrance to the subterranean temple that housed it. Although the invaders murdered some of the priests from this city, they were never able to find the secret chamber.

One of the direct descendants of Huyustus, travelled to an island of the great sacred lake, an island that today is in Bolivia and it's called the Island of the Sun. He knew that in that place there was an ancient tunnel that would help him to flee from danger. This capable and intelligent man would later be known as Manco Capac or Ayar Manco, the mythical founder of the Inca Empire.

Manco Capac verified that many men lived in a state of barbarism and, far from feeling repulsed by them, he felt mercyful and sorry for the violent rythm of life they were experiencing. For this reason and, guided by a higher force, he decided to help those peoples, so that they could live under the light of civilization.

The galactic Confederation aproved of his intentions and granted the necessary support to start what was called the "Inca Project". It must be mentioned that Manco Capac was not alone. The project was began with the assistance of her sister, who in the Andean legends is known as Mama Ocllo.

Manco Capac and his Great Empire

The site chosen to seed a new civilization would be in Cuzco (Qosco), a magnetic place that had all the necessary conditions to serve as the stage for a high culture. The beginings of what could be called the "second Inca dinasty" (the first dinasty corresponding to the Tiwanacu culture), went by with utmost hapyness, peace and abundance.

Not a very long time went by before Manco Capac revealed the existence of the Solar Disc. Before his death, he told his heir, Sinchi Roca, how to find the secret entrance to the subterranean chamber on the shores of Lake Titicaca, in a place known as Mamacota or Puquinacocha (place of origin). The disc was inmediately found and was transported to the Koricancha, a temple in Cuzco containing much gold and consecrated to the Sun.

Unfortunately, the warrior bloodline of the Inca began to manifest and, guided by Sinchi Roca ("sinchi" means warrior in the Quechua language), they carried on a plan attempting to expand the empire beyond its known limits. On this ocassion, the Great White Brotherhood was not disconected from the events.

Three emmissaries were sent to Cuzco from the underground center of the hierarchy. This center had been built, after the destruction of Atlantis, under a jungle area known as Madre de Dios, in today's Peru. They warned that a catastrophic end was approaching, due to the way in which things were going. The Inca wisemen knew that the emmissaries from this intraterrestrial kingdom were correct, because they had been observing various signs that pointed toward the destruction of ther Inca Empire. For this reason, after the emmissaries left, these wisemen (the elder Quipucamayoc of the empire), hid all of the archives of Andean culture they could gather and took the Solar Disc to a safe place, and, in order not to raise suspicions, placing against the temple's wall, an identical disc made of pure gold. It's interesting to know that the Spanish galleon ship that was carrying this replica, never arrived to destiny.

In 1533, the real Solar Disc was saved once and for all, when Choque Auqui, an alleged brother of Inca Huascar and Inca Atahualpa, escaped towards the jungle, with a large entourage of wisemen, nobles, warriors and others. Guided by profound reasons, they travelled towards the legendary Antisuyo region of the empire, because they knew about the existence of a very ancient "city of the gods" that could only be compared in splendour with Cuzco. For this reason, it is believed that the word "Paititi" originates in the Quechua expression "Paykinkin Qosqo", that means "similar to Cuzco".

Waiting for the Arrival of the Anrrom

As surmised from his dialogue with Ricardo Gonzalez, the intraterrestrial teacher Alcir, says that the Solar Disc is found nowdays inside Paititi.

"The mentors of the Light begat the Sacred Solar Disc, and it was given to the survivors from Atlantis…", said Alcir.
"The Solar Disc?", asked Ricardo, eager for an answer.
"Yes, it is here in Paititi."
Then, the screen changed and showed an ample subterranean room where an impressive metallic disc could be seen. It was about three meters in diameter and was covered by symbols, among which, the trident standed out. It seemed to be made of gold and shone by itself.
"The Solar Disc opens the doors between dimensions, but only he who opens the doors of his heart will merit to physically stand before its presence, representing those that didn't arrive," said Alcir in a sharp and solemn way.
The historical records of Mu and Atlantis, which date from times inmemorial, are gathered in Paititi's subterranean galleries. In this inner world, the lost records of the Inca Empire and that of cultures that have not yet been discovered, are also found. Furthermore, the metal plates and information crystals containing extracts from the Akashic Record, are found next to the previously mentiones archives. The 32 mentors of the Light gave to the Atlantean survivors, these plates with secret symbols, the powerful crystals and the Solar Disc. The Solar Disc is the key to "read" the Akashic Record, which is also called by the extraterrestrial guides and teachers of the White Brotherhood, "The Book Of Those With The White Robes."
